Baseline Assessment
Conducted a desk review and baseline study to assess HRH and SRH policy and programme priorities.
This initiative was a baseline study for Amref Health Africa to support its regional agenda on strengthening Human Resources for Health (HRH) and Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) medicines and commodities. The study generated evidence to inform government policies aligned with international standards and strengthen health systems advocacy.
Survey Design
Developed the survey methodology, work plan, budget, and implementation plan to guide study execution.
Evidence Generation
Produced baseline evidence to inform government decision-making and the adoption of effective, locally relevant policies.
Programme Support
Supported implementation under the Health Systems Advocacy partnership through structured planning and technical inputs.
