Programme Performance Review
Assessed the implementation and results of the LNOB and PBA programmes, with a focus on poverty reduction, disability inclusion, mental health, and sustainable social sector financing.
The project evaluated the Leave No-one Behind (LNOB) and Partnerships Beyond Aid (PBA) programmes to assess their contribution to strengthening inclusive social development in Ghana. The assignment supported evidence-based decision-making by reviewing programme performance and generating strategic recommendations to improve the delivery and financing of social services for vulnerable populations.
Evaluation & Reporting
Produced the LNOB and PBA Review Report, the LNOB Programme Completion Report, and the PBA Annual Review.
Strategic Advisory
Presented findings and recommendations to FCDO Ghana to support programme learning and inform future implementation and policy decisions.
