Strengthening Public Financial Management
Provided strategic and technical support across budgeting, financial reporting and auditing, revenue management, asset management, and transparency and accountability.
The project strengthened Local Level Public Financial Management (PFM) systems to improve fiscal discipline, resource allocation, and service delivery across urban local governments in Ghana. The assignment supported the institutionalisation of good PFM practices and enhanced local government capacity to deliver more effective infrastructure and public services.
