Mid-Term Review and End-of-Work Program Evaluation of the NDC Partnership’s Work Program (including deep dives in countries like Benin, Rwanda, Kenya and Ethiopia)

The project supported the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) in implementing evaluations under its global Evaluation Plan across Africa, Asia, and the Asia-Pacific region. The assignment strengthened evaluation practice, evidence generation, and learning to support accountability and evidence-based decision-making for inclusive development programmes in Least Developed Countries (LDCs).

Conducted evaluations across UNCDF programmes using innovative approaches, methodologies, and techniques aligned with international best practices.

Strengthening Evidence & Learning

Generated evidence to support programme accountability, organisational learning, and continuous improvement across UNCDF's global portfolio.

Contributed to strengthening evaluation practice and evidence-based decision-making within UNCDF and the wider UN system.
